Dr LarrySteinle


Dr. Larry Steinle graduated from Life University with honors in 1978.

He is board certified by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners, the Georgia Board of Examiners and is a Board Certified Atlas Orthogonist.

The Atlas Orthogonal technique is a highly skilled and specific method of adjusting the neck without manipulation.

From 1984 to 1990 Dr. Larry was an instructor of Spinal Biomechanics at Life University and published 11 scientific research papers having to do with clinical applications of chiropractic.

Dr. Larry was also the Chief of Chiropractic Services at the VA Hospital in Augusta, GA from 2005 to 2010.

Dr Noel Steinle


Dr. Noel Steinle is a graduate of the University of Tennessee, class of 1983 where she received a BA in Biology. From there, she continued her education at Life University in Atlanta, GA studying Chiropractic and graduated in 1986.

Dr. Noel spent 2 years at Life University on faculty, teaching Chiropractic.

Also, during the first 5 years after graduating from Life University, Dr. Noel not only began practicing and teaching Chiropractic, she also began lecturing as a LeLeche League leader. This is an area Dr. Noel is still passionate about today!

Dr. Noel’s role at Advanced Chiropractic Center is multi-faceted. While maintaining a full patient load, she performs administrative and operational tasks that keep the practice thriving. It is also her goal to keep the staff educated and functioning to fullest potential throughout each day.

Derek Steinle


Derek Steinle is a licensed massage therapist.

He graduated from the Georgia Academy of Massage and has since gained valuable knowledge and experience while practicing at Advanced Chiropractic Center.

Derek has had great success in helping many people escape debilitating pain syndromes through soft tissue work in conjunction with the chiropractic care provided by the long-time practicing Doctors Larry and Noel Steinle.

Derek appreciates the benefit of personal health and fitness and has competed in multiple triathlons including the Augusta Iron Man 70.3 competition.

While Derek has been trained in a wide variety of massage techniques his forte is neuromuscular pain relief through a clinical style of deep tissue massage.

This is highly valuable for people suffering from chronic pain and athletes who desire higher performance in their sport without the hindrance of nagging pain.

Through this experience Derek has learned the importance of addressing any individual issue with the body through multiple areas of wellness.

Dr Brad Steinle


Dr. Brad Steinle graduated Magna Cum Laude from Life University in March 2014.

He is board certified by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners, Georgia Board of Chiropractic Examiners and a Board Certified Atlas Orthogonist.

Dr. Brad took just under 5,000 hours of classes in his three and a half years of chiropractic school.

In that time, he had the opportunity to learn a wide variety of chiropractic techniques that add another level of depth to Advanced Chiropractic and Wellness Center.

In the final six months of chiropractic school, Dr. Brad had the opportunity to train under Dr. Roy Sweat, the founder of the Atlas Orthogonal technique.

During that internship he learned a great deal about the function and anatomy of the upper cervical spine and how to adjust it gently and specifically.
